About Daniella
Daniella Ochoa is a Top 3% real estate agent in the Triangle with deep local roots and a modern, data-driven approach to real estate. A Triangle native, Daniella has lived, studied, and worked across Cary, Durham, and Raleigh, giving her a rare, full-market perspective rather than a single-area lens. She combines deep local knowledge with the support of Compass’s award-winning technology and marketing platform, allowing her clients to make well-informed decisions in a competitive environment.
Before entering real estate, Daniella worked as a technology consultant at IBM in Washington, D.C., specializing in data analytics and project management. Along with her Mechanical Engineering degree from Duke University, this background informs her strategic, detail-oriented approach to real estate. Her own experience relocating from a major metro gives her particular insight into the needs of clients moving to or within the Triangle.

She is deeply committed to giving back to the community that raised her and currently serves as a member of the Duke Board of Directors and the Cary Academy Alumni Board, supporting institutions that have played a meaningful role in her personal and professional journey.
